Abstract

Особенностью нынешнего этапа развития внешнеэкономической сферы России, включая экспортный сектор, является влияние трех ключевых факторов: низкой конъюнктуры мировых рынков, обусловленной все еще неопределенной ситуацией в глобальной экономике; стагнацией национального хозяйства и его основных секторов; введением политических санкций и ограничений торгово-экономического характера.
