Abstract

В июне произошла определенная деэскалация ситуации в Восточной Украине и российско-украинских межгосударственных отношений, в частности, Россия признала нового Президента Украины П.Порошенко. Однако ситуация остается напряженной – вооруженные формирования на Востоке Украины исключают свое существование в рамках единого государства, на сецессию же этих регионов не готов Киев. Российские власти ищут выход из кризиса без потери лица, однако он остается не очевиден. Вместе с тем, российско-украинские переговоры о цене на газ закончились неудачей, Россия объявила о переходе на предоплату газа. Учитывая накопленный Украиной газ, видимо, актуальность этих переговоров вырастет осенью – Украина не может быть исключена из газового транзита Рос-сии, точно так же как без России Украина не сможет свести свой топливный баланс. В российском правительстве началась острая дискуссия по судьбе пенсионных накоплений 2014 г., а фактически – во-обще пенсионных накоплений как таковых. Увеличены нормативы возможных инфраструктурных расходов Фонда национального благосостояния (ФНБ), впрочем, сами новые расходы пока не согласованы.
