Abstract

В марте 2014 г. Россия объявила о присоединении Крыма, основываясь на итогах референдума 16 марта 2014 г. В ответ США и ЕС ввели против российских чиновников (а США – также и близких к В.Путину предпринимателей) визовые санкции и запрет на обладание активами в их юрисдикциях. Клуб «большой восьмерки» перестал существовать, фактически, Россия, с одной стороны, и США, Канада, Европа и Австралия, – с другой, возвращаются к ситуации до 1991 г., когда они считали друг друга главными противниками. Это чревато для России существенным снижением инвестиций, вывозом капитала и экономическим спадом, даже несмотря на то что в короткие сроки эти страны не могут заместить российский углеводородный экспорт и нанести существенный экономический ущерб. В российский парламент внесены законопроекты о раздаче гражданства всем потомкам жителей российской империи – «носителям русского языка» и отмене выборов мэров крупных городов, однако их рассмотрение не форсируется и вероятно, они будут скорректированы.
