Abstract

В настоящее время в РФ идет обсуждение предложений по новой системе военного обучения российских студентов с последующим освобождением их от срочной службы по призыву. К сожалению, в опубликованных материалах обойдены некоторые важные военные и социально-экономические аспекты. Кроме того, оборвана связь новых предложений с предшествующими усилиями по реформе системы комплектования армии. А их история тоже заслуживает внимания.
