Abstract

По данным Федерального казначейства, по итогам одиннадцати месяцев текущего года доходы федерального бюджета сократились на 1,8 п.п. ВВП по сравнению с аналогичным периодом 2012 г. Доходы консолидированного бюджета субъектов РФ по итогам десяти месяцев 2013 г. также снизились на 1,2 п.п. ВВП по сравнению с январем-октябрем предыдущего года. Несмотря на то что по итогам года ожидается существенное снижение темпов экономического роста1 относительно значений, принятых при формировании основных параметров федерального бюджета на текущий год, в декабре были внесены изменения в Закон о федеральном бюджете на 2013 год2, предусматрива¬ющие увеличение прогнозируемого объёма доходов с 12865,9 до 12906,4 млрд руб. и снижение дефицита федерального бюджета с 521,4 до 480,9 млрд руб
