Квалификация научных кадров: что показал «дисSergeyт»

Abstract

В настоящее время обсуждаются направления реорганизации системы подготовки кадров высшей квалификации, в том числе процедуры защиты диссертационных работ. Внимание к данным вопросам было привлечено выявленными случаями фальсификации диссертаций, что переросло в волну разоблачений, так называемый «дисSergeyт». Нововведения могут коснуться всех аспектов подготовки диссертаций и присуждения научных степеней. Однако существует многообразие и даже полярность мнений по большинству обсуждаемых параметров. В то же время при выработке новых мер должен учитываться уровень кадрового потенциала российской науки, а сама проблема меняющейся роли диссертаций становится актуальной не только для России.
