The North Caucasus: Land Conflicts In The Cities Hinder The Implementation Of The Socioeconomic Development Strategy

Abstract

The second half year of 2015 saw an exacerbation of urban land conflicts in the republics of the North Caucasus. These confl icts share a number of common features that must be taken into consideration by state authority in the course of planning their policies aimed at resolving the confl icts.
