Abstract

This paper focuses on current changes in the regulation of the digital economy and new approaches to the distribution of risks and revenues arising from the development of digital platforms and artificial intelligence. The paper focuses on three main topics: support for marketplace sellers affected by drone attacks, protecting jobs in the face of automation, and redistributing revenue from digital platforms in favor of content creators.
