Abstract

La convivencia antes de los 18 años y durante los primeros años de transición hacia la vida adulta en el Perú es una realidad que afecta principalmente a las mujeres. Datos de Niños del Milenio señalan que, para la edad de 19 años, el 30% de mujeres ya convivían, mientras que en el caso de los varones solo lo hacían el 7%. El sub-estudio en el que se basa este documento de políticas explora las motivaciones detrás de las cifras; así como las implicancias en sus trayectorias de vida.
