Aspecte privind supravegherea financiară în cadrul pieței asigurărilor

Abstract

Combinarea condițiilor economice volatile cu un mediu concurențial aflat în permanentă schimbare face ca serviciile financiare să se afle la o răscruce de drumuri și multe companii să se confrunte cu un viitor incert. Lipsa unei supravegheri financiare adecvate poate duce la un dezastru financiar care generează așa cum am vazut în perioada 2007-2008 o criza globală fără precedent, sistemică, profundă, de durată, criză care a scos la iveală lipsuri semnificative în cadrul de reglementare și supraveghere a serviciilor financiare la nivel național și internațional. Doresc ca prin acest articol, să prezenint supravegherea financiară, respectiv riscul sitemic printr-o analiză sistematică integrativă a literaturii științifice de specialitate fară a uita, și de cele mai recente informații transmise de autoritățile de supraveghere.
