How Will Generative AI Influence Forecasting Software?

Abstract

Forecasting software can benefit from LLMs in enhanced code generation, improved user interfaces, intelligent suggestions, better interpretability, and increased automation. Possibly driven by regulations, the application of AI in FSSs will require heightened attention to the ethical use of models and data. Copyright International Institute of Forecasters, 2023
