Journalistes en ligne roumains: normes, valeurs et «raison pratique»

Abstract

Le changement du support médiatique a demandé au journaliste un niveau supérieur de qualification, des compétences polyvalentes (une plus grande réactivité, une maîtrise des nouveaux outils, de la logique de réseau, de l’hyperécriture, etc.). De la même manière, il oblige le journaliste professionnel à élever le niveau d’exigence en matière de repères éthiques et déontologiques, dans un processus permanent de recherche de la qualité en tant que facteur de compétitivité. Cet article interroge l’encadrement déontologique des nouvelles pratiques des journalistes en ligne roumains au travers des normes et des valeurs qu’ils cultivent et au carrefour des pratiques amateurs non respectueuses des conventions du domaine.
