Abstract

This paper provides a brief review of the literature related to time. First, the paper discusses ways that individuals represent time. Then the quantitative and the qualitative perspectives of time are discussed. Temporal dimensions in organizations, such as time orientation, polychronicity, and time urgency, are described. The paper may provide implications for academics whose research is related to behaviour over time
