Quais carreiras e para qual sociedade? (II)

Abstract

This paper analyses current career development practices due to the decrease of job opportunities: 7. the lack of excellence in Business Administration programs; 2. the work market turbulences and 3. the growth of part-time jobs. Deep transformations are necessary in arder to change the future scenery: the increase of concern with work ethics; the betterment of youngsters education, the revision of priorities mainly the overestimation of finance strategies, which Iimits the professional horizons.
