Investment Strategies in the Regional Tourist Complex: The Optimization Approach

Abstract

Considered are two optimization models for project selection, designed to work out programs for the development of the region’s tourist complex. The first model provides optimization of the tourist complex structure on the basis of evaluating the pattern of demand for tourist services. In the second model the optimization of the tourist complex structure is viewed from the perspective of achieving maximum synergizing effect from launching new facilities
