The Global Financial Crisis Impact on Khabarovsk Krai’s Economy

Abstract

Responses of the Khabarovsk Krai’s economy to the impact of adverse external shocks are studied. The concept of external sector of the regional economy is introduced to analyze the effects of the external demand shock. An analysis is made of cyclical behavior of the external sector economic activities.
