The Heilongjiang Province Economy under Crisis Conditions

Abstract

The influence of the global financial crisis on the Heilongjiang province economy is examined. Factors partially neutralizing the negative impact have been specified. A list of measures to overcome crisis is cited: increasing the volume of investment and optimizing its structure; carrying out tax reform aimed at easing the tax burden, encouraging investment and consumption, expanding domestic demand through increasing budget spending
