Interindustry Model of the Far East’s Economy: The Experience of Predictive Modelling

Abstract

A set of models is considered, which has been formed based on an interindustry model, to forecast the Far East’s economy. Variants calculations are made and quantitative estimations are obtained of basic macroeconomic indices of the Far East’s economic development until 2020-2030, taking into account coordination of predictions of gross outputs with production capabilities of branches of economic specialization and basic infrastructure of the region and assessments of the expected demand
