Regional Innovation-Based Development: Estimating Structural Differences

Abstract

The article reviews methodological background of the analysis of structural changes in a region to reveal spatial differentiations in innovation development (by the example of the Siberian Federal District). Based on the economic-statistical analysis, estimation is given to the specific features of regional development, which can be used when formulating regional innovation strategy
