Abstract

Una matrice di indicatori per il benchmarking del capitale sociale nelle regioni italiane (di Alessandra Righi, Marina Turi) - ABSTRACT: Alessandra Righi e Marina Turi ISTAT, Istituto Nazionale di Statistica* (Paper first received, March 2006; in final form, December 2006) Abstract Questo lavoro presenta un?analisi del capitale sociale regionale in Italia realizzata in ambito statistico ufficiale. Dopo un inquadramento concettuale del capitale sociale e dei problemi di definizione e misurazione del concetto, viene presentata una Matrice di indicatori di capitale sociale a livello territoriale attraverso la quale sono individuati gli indicatori chiave per l?adozione di un approccio di benchmarking. I principali risultati relativi ai divari regionali nella dotazione di capitale sociale vengono presentati per il periodo 2001-2003. Concludono il lavoro alcune riflessioni sull?opportunit? di sviluppare questo tipo di studi per fornire alla opinione pubblica e agli opinion makers degli strumenti di valutazione della performance in campo sociale.
