Valutazione economica e sostenibilit? ambientale: il riutilizzo degli scarti della lavorazione delle olive

Abstract

Il presente lavoro prende avvio dalle evidenze di un progetto di ricerca sul settore oleario delle province di Ascoli Piceno e Fermo. Si propone di affrontare le problematiche di natura economica ed ambientale relative alle decisioni da parte degli operatori del settore, sull?utilizzo della sansa vergine per produrre energia elettrica (combustione con cogenerazione) e il suo impatto sullo sviluppo sostenibile. Le analisi di convenienza economica e gli indicatori di natura ambientale hanno sottolineato i vantaggi in termini economici, ambientali, tecnici, organizzativi di progetti tecnologici innovativi per l?utilizzo della biomassa a fini energetici.
