Vincoli e sostenibilit? finanziaria delle PMI e nuovi strumenti di sostegno dell?Unione europea: JEREMIE

Abstract

L?articolo si propone di illustrare il contributo offerto da nuovi strumenti proposti dall?Unione europea per consentire alle PMI di fronteggiare i vincoli finanziari che le affliggono. Partendo da una puntuale rivisitazione della letteratura teorica ed empirica in merito alle difficolt? incontrate dalle piccole imprese nella ri- cerca delle fonti di finanziamento necessarie a soddisfare il proprio fabbisogno, il lavoro introduce il progetto JEREMIE e le sue caratteristiche, sottolineando il ruolo che gli intermediari sono chiamati a svolgere. Inoltre, l?Autore individua alcuni significativi aspetti di JEREMIE che potrebbero aiutare le PMI a superare i loro limiti finanziari. Infine, ? proposta una rassegna dello stato dell?arte dei progetti JEREMIE gi? avviati in Italia.
