La ricerca della sostenibilità nel mercato del lavoro

Il presente contributo è un estratto dell’intervento del professor Marselli al Forum del 2 Aprile 2009. L’autore, focalizzando l’attenzione sulle politiche del lavoro, offre un’interpretazione ai problemi della sostenibilità. Analizzando le maggiori problematiche che caratterizzano l’attuale mondo del lavoro e le più recenti politiche europee a sostegno del concetto di occupabilità, viene esposta la necessità di cambiare l’attuale processo educativo e formativo. Infatti, risulta sempre meno importante fornire competenze specifiche e professionalizzanti, mentre fondamentale è fare in modo che chi esce dal circuito formativo abbia delle competenze generali e facilmente trasferibili.
