La non-prestazione in assenza di studio, formazione o lavoro: il rischio per la persona nella condizione di giovane NEET

Abstract

Il fenomeno dei NEET (giovani che non studiano, non lavorano e non seguono percorsi di formazione) rappresenta una delle criticit? pi? rilevanti per il sistema socio-economico italiano. Questo studio analizza i molteplici fattori che concorrono alla creazione e al mantenimento di questa condizione: dalla crisi economica alla fragilit? del sistema educativo, dalle disuguaglianze territoriali tra Nord e Sud fino alle barriere di genere. Viene esaminata anche la risposta delle istituzioni, con particolare attenzione alle politiche attive del lavoro e agli interventi formativi. Le testimonianze dirette dei giovani NEET aiutano a comprendere pi? a fondo la portata del disagio vissuto. Lo studio propone una riflessione critica sull?efficacia degli strumenti messi in campo, sottolineando l?urgenza di politiche mirate, inclusive e coordinate tra i vari attori del territorio per favorire l?inserimento sociale e professionale delle nuove generazioni.
