Abstract

La figura professionale del Coach da alcuni anni ? entrata a pieno titolo nelle organizzazioni. La complessit? del contesto attuale richiede anche a questo ruolo di assumere una prospettiva pi? strategica ed in grado di leggere i presupposti, i nessi causali tra l?efficacia, ma anche l?eccellenza, e la mentalit? che le rende pos-sibili. L?obiettivo ? quindi spostare l?asse dell?azione di coaching dai comporta-menti al mindset della persona al fine di rendere realmente efficace e duraturo il processo di crescita intrapreso. Per questo si parla di Mindset Coach.
