Il formatore nella mediazione e conciliazione dei conflitti

Abstract

Il mondo della mediazione e della conciliazione dei conflitti ? vasto e la formazione deve adattarsi ed essere specifica in ogni ambito ma anche trasversale, essendo comuni le tecniche di gestione dei conflitti. Il formatore deve avere quindi conoscenze e competenze: nella formazione (al fine di impostare e condurre la lezione scegliendo i contenuti e le modalit? di svolgimento pi? idonei ai discenti e al tipo di evento); nelle tecniche di gestione del conflitto e di interazione comunicativa; nella gestione delle emozioni; nella metodologia delle procedure facilitative ed aggiudicative di negoziazione e di mediazione; nella normativa e nella giurisprudenza Nazionali, Comunitarie e Internazionali; in tutte le materie oggetto della formazione specifica che dovr? garantire. Questo contributo vuole offrire una panoramica generale, anche se non del tutto esaustiva, della figura, del ruolo e della funzione del formatore nell?ambito della mediazione, della conciliazione e, pi? in generale, della gestione dei conflitti nei diversi ambiti.
