L?Universit? per le professioni educative e formative

Abstract

Il tema al centro dell?interesse dell?articolo riguarda il rapporto fra formazione e lavoro e, conseguentemente, un rinnovamente del significato di epistemologia professionale all?interno dei Corsi di Studio Magistrali di area pedagogica. La do-manda principale della ricerca ? inerente al modo di indagare e costruire una epi-stemologia per le professioni educative e formative. Viene proposta l?adozione del-la matrice TECO-D per le competenze educativo-formative dando evidenza della sua applicazione all?offerta formativa proposta dal CdS LM 57 e 85 dell?Universit? degli Studi di Firenze. La matrice viene indagata attraverso l?applicazione alla Scheda SUA, offrendo una dimostrazione del rapporto fra la definizione di una epistemologia professionale e le competenze da utilizzare per le professioni educative e formative.
