Il trasporto aereo in Italia

Abstract

La disponibilit? di buone infrastrutture di trasporto ? fondamentale per favorire una buona mobilit? turistica. Poter contare su buone connessioni aeree internazionali a costi contenuti aiuta senz?altro a promuovere una destinazione turistica. Il turista ha a portata di click la possibilit? di scegliere dove andare: l?offerta di un volo diretto lo incuriosisce verso una possibile meta. Secondo i dati IATA le connessioni aeree hanno pi? che raddoppiato le city-pair negli ultimi vent?anni, arrivando ad oltre 20.000 voli tra due citt? con un costo per volo pi? che dimezzato. Questo capitolo presenta i dati sul traffico negli aeroporti italiani e aiuta a comprendere come lo sviluppo turistico del Mezzogiorno e dell?Italia considerata mino-re a livello internazionale sia influenzato dalle connessioni aeree dirette.
