Il cuore dell?educazione: andare oltre le tecniche e i processi formali

Abstract

Educazione e formazione vengono comunemente analizzate sotto il profilo delle tecniche di insegnamento o dei processi formali che dovrebbero permettere il passaggio di conoscenza dal docente agli allievi. Qualsiasi riforma ministeriale punta sempre su questi aspetti, dando per scontato il contenuto della formazione e il rapporto tra formatore e allievo, nonch? la "preparazione umana" dei docenti. In questo saggio intendo mettere in luce come l?elemento chiave di qualsiasi progetto di formazione sia la relazione tra formatore e allievi, individuare quali sono le caratteristiche essenziali perch? la formazione abbia successo e produca un reale miglioramento delle capacit? e competenze degli studenti, quali sono le qualit? indispensabili a un formatore - prima di tutto dal punto di vista umano e relazionale - e indicare la strada che, in forza della mia esperienza professionale, considero pi? auspicabile per cambiare e migliorare tutti i processi formativi, a qualsiasi livello.
