Ipotesi formative e organizzative per assumere la sfida del welfare generativo

Abstract

Il presente contributo intende formulare ipotesi su una formazione possibile per operatori del welfare che siano in grado di accogliere il welfare generativo. Dal momento che la formazione ? un dispositivo assai prezioso per promuovere il cambiamento culturale, non si pu? sottovalutare il ruolo dei contesti organizzativi in cui gli operatori sono inseriti; neppure ? trascurabile una rilettura del cambiamento dei servizi e del welfare negli ultimi decenni. L?articolo perci? riporta l?evoluzione dell?identit? professionale ai contesti organizzativi e quelli sociali, sottolineando l?urgenza di mettere al centro una rielaborazione dell?esperienza piuttosto che immaginare un investimento solo su nuovi saperi intesi come nuove informazioni o un potenziamento delle competenze tecnico-professionali. Il contributo vorrebbe tentare di rendere pi? evidenti certe "routines organizzative e cognitive" per immaginare che la realt?, seppure meno rassicurante, possa restare il punto di partenza anche per costruire delle concettualizzazioni.
