Abstract

Il presente saggio si propone di fornire anzitutto un quadro teorico entro il quale va ad inserirsi, in un contesto di passaggio verso nuovi modelli di welfare, il tema dell?etica e della razionalit? delle motivazioni come principale fattore di successo dei processi di cambiamento a cui sono chiamate le organizzazioni che operano nel settore. In secondo luogo viene ipotizzato un primo insieme di condizioni metodologiche per un coerente percorso di implementazione che favorisca la sostenibilit? e l?efficacia di tali processi di cambiamento.
