L?apprendistato per il lavoro dei nostri giovani: l?esperienza di Confindustria Veneto

Abstract

Il Decreto Legislativo 167/2011, nel tentativo di rilanciare l?istituto dell?Apprendistato e farne il principale canale di inserimento lavorativo per i giovani, ha riordinato tutta la normativa di riferimento, affidando alle Regioni un ruolo fondamentale nella regolamentazione di molti aspetti inerenti la componente formativa. La Regione Veneto ha recepito, nei termini prescritti, la nuova normativa nazionale, permettendo cos? alle imprese del territorio un pieno utilizzo del nuovo contratto di Apprendistato. Le esperienze in materia di apprendistato, in Veneto, hanno avuto avvio in anni precedenti l?entrata in vigore del nuovo Testo Unico; il sistema Confindustriale del Veneto ne ? stato partecipe con particolare riferimento all?apprendistato professionalizzante ed a quello di alta formazione e ricerca.
