Questo articolo analizza la situazione socio-lavorativa dei lavoratori con bassi livelli di qualifica (al di sotto del livello 4 dell’EQF), le esigenze di qualifica richieste dalle imprese, la trasparenza delle qualifiche tra i vari paesi partner ed il riconoscimento delle competenze e delle capacità acquisite attraverso l’apprendimento non formale ed informale.
