Agricoltura al lavoro: brevi considerazioni sull'occupazione agricola

Abstract

L?attivit? agricola riveste un ruolo sostanziale nella definizione di scenari di sviluppo sostenibile in quanto le sue esternalit? interessano simultaneamente sfere ambientali, economiche e sociali. L?agricoltura del terzo millennio, evoluta in termini di scienza e tecnologia, deve inspirarsi ai nuovi paradigmi integrando sostenibilit? bio-fisica e socio-economica; in tal senso il binomio agricoltura-lavoro possiede un significato strategico. Per tali ragioni, all?interno delle dinamiche riflessioni sui sistemi agricoli e alimentari europei post 2013, diviene essenziale realizzare alcune considerazioni sugli aspetti quali-quantitativi dell?occupazione e della formazione al fine di identificare e realizzare percorsi di sviluppo competitivi e sostenibili.
