Le aggressioni al personale sanitario. Il caso svizzero dell?Ospedale di Locarno

Abstract

Il fenomeno delle aggressioni al personale sanitario rappresenta una criticit? crescente per i sistemi sanitari, con rilevanti implicazioni sul benessere degli operatori e sulla sostenibilit? organizzativa. Il presente contributo analizza il caso dell?Ospedale di Locarno, istituto pubblico acuto della Svizzera italiana, descrivendo un modello integrato di gestione e prevenzione delle aggressioni fondato su governance, cultura organizzativa e responsabilit? condivisa. Attraverso l?analisi dei dati di segnalazione relativi al periodo 2021-2024 e delle procedure istituzionali adottate, l?articolo esamina l?evoluzione del fenomeno e le tipologie di eventi registrati. Particolare attenzione ? dedicata ai sistemi di reporting e alle azioni preventive con focus sulla formazione, sulla comunicazione e sulla promozione della gentilezza. I risultati mostrano una riduzione delle aggressioni dal 2021, suggerendo l?efficacia di un approccio organizzativo e relazionale.
