La gestione delle aggressioni al personale sanitario: l?esperienza dell?Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria di Sassari

Abstract

L?articolo analizza il fenomeno delle aggressioni al personale sanitario nell?AOU di Sassari, un problema in crescita a livello nazionale e internazionale. Attraverso la revisione della letteratura, l?esame dei dati di incident reporting 2022-2024 e una testimonianza diretta aziendale, vengono analizzate l?evoluzione del fenomeno e le iniziative implementate. Le aggressioni risultano prevalentemente verbali, concentrate nel Pronto Soccorso e rivolte soprattutto a infermieri e professionisti pi? giovani. L?Azienda ha adottato una procedura strutturata che comprende interventi organizzativi, formazione sulla de-escalation, potenziamento della sicurezza, miglioramento della comunicazione con utenti e familiari, supporto psicologico post-evento e rafforzamento dei sistemi di segnalazione. Nonostante i progressi conseguiti, il fenomeno resta complesso e richiede strategie integrate e continuative.
