Abstract

Considerato l?impatto significativo delle risorse umane e dei loro costi sulla spesa sanitaria e sulla qualit? dei servizi, gli strumenti di pianificazione mirano a garantire un?erogazione ottimale attraverso un personale adeguato, evitando sprechi di risorse pubbliche. La complessit? di questo tema aumenta nel contesto socio-sanitario e socio-assistenziale, dove accanto a professionisti sanitari operano figure non sanitarie come assistenti sociali e personale amministrativo. L?articolo esamina un caso di studio regionale, concentrandosi sull?esperienza delle Societ? della Salute (SdS) in Toscana, ricostruendone lo sviluppo e l?attuale dotazione di personale. Viene quindi presentato il percorso partecipato che ha portato a una prima stima del fabbisogno di personale non sanitario per il funzionamento delle SdS.
