La trasformazione dell?ASST GOM Niguarda: verso un ospedale digitale e data-driven

Abstract

Negli ultimi due anni, l?ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda ha intrapreso un percorso di trasformazione digitale finalizzato a migliorare l?efficienza operativa, la qualità dell?assistenza e l?integrazione tra processi clinici, tecnologie e assetti organizzativi. Il progetto, coerente con gli indirizzi del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza, si fonda su una governance multidisciplinare e sul coinvolgimento attivo di tutti i professionisti dell?organizzazione.In vista dei Giochi Olimpici Invernali Milano-Cortina 2026, l?Ospedale è inoltre impegnato nello sviluppo di un ecosistema digitale avanzato per garantire la continuità assistenziale in contesti ad alta complessità.L?esperienza del Niguarda rappresenta un?occasione per riflettere sul contributo della digitalizzazione all?evoluzione dei modelli assistenziali e alla capacità di adattamento del sistema sanitario.
