Gli Ecosistemi della conoscenza in sanit?: il valore e l?attrattivit? generati dalla ricerca clinica. Il caso dell?Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria Pisana (AOUP)

Abstract

Il presente studio analizza il ruolo strategico delle aziende sanitarie pubbliche nella promozione della ricerca clinica, attraverso un caso di studio sull?Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Pisana (AOUP). Utilizzando una metodologia qualitativa basata su interviste e dati istituzionali, si evidenzia la duplice funzione dell?AOUP nel coordinamento di progetti competitivi e nella gestione di studi clinici sponsorizzati, sia profit che non profit. I risultati mostrano un progressivo consolidamento della capacit? organizzativa, scientifica e regolatoria dell?Azienda, che rafforza la propria attrattivit? come partner di ricerca. L?integrazione tra assistenza, formazione e ricerca emerge come fattore abilitante per la generazione di valore, innovazione e relazioni istituzionali. Lo studio propone spunti utili per la definizione di modelli sostenibili di governance della ricerca nelle aziende sanitarie.
