Ricerca e sperimentazione clinica: il caso della AOU delle Marche

Abstract

La sperimentazione ? una attivit? chiave attraverso la quale l?Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria delle Marche (AOU delle Marche) realizza la propria missione e si posiziona come centro di riferimento regionale e nazionale. Nel triennio 2022-2024 sono stati condotti 569 studi sperimentali, di cui il 39% ?profit? e il 61% ?non profit?, con una tendenza in crescita. Le discipline pi? coinvolte includono l?oncologia, l?ematologia e la cardiologia, sebbene l?attitudine alla ricerca sia trasversale alle diverse discipline mediche e chirurgiche. La realizzazione della ricerca implica il coinvolgimento di personale specializzato e interdisciplinare, con un ruolo determinante della Farmacia Ospedaliera nella gestione dei farmaci e dispositivi sperimentali, per la quale sono stati sviluppati software specifici. Nonostante i risultati, persistono sfide amministrative e burocratiche, legate principalmente alla carenza di personale di supporto dedicato dovuta a vincoli normativi sul personale. L?obiettivo strategico ? rafforzare la ricerca non profit e costituire un pool di risorse umane sanitarie e di supporto dedicate.
