Abstract

L?Azienda Ospedaliera Santa Maria della Misericordia di Perugia, con 780 posti letto e oltre 2.800 unit? di personale, ? il principale polo ospedaliero del Servizio Sanitario Regionale umbro. In collaborazione con l?Universit? di Perugia, l?ospedale integra l?assistenza clinica con la ricerca e la formazione. A seguito del rinnovo dei contratti di lavoro nel novembre 2022 per il Comparto e nel gennaio 2024 per la Dirigenza, l?ospedale ha avviato un importante processo di valorizzazione del personale. Questo articolo descrive la revisione complessiva dei percorsi di carriera manageriale e professionale all?interno dell?ospedale, incorporando un nuovo disegno organizzativo. L?intervento ? stato l?occasione per rafforzare la dimensione gestionale e le competenze professionali distintive. Il processo ha comportato una grande azione di gestione del cambiamento che si ? fondata su trasparenza, equit? e valorizzazione delle professionalit? presenti in azienda.
