La gestione strategica della sanità territoriale alla luce del DM 77: il caso dell?AUSL di Piacenza

Abstract

Il presente contributo intende presentare lo stato dell?arte e le specificità del processo di innovazione in atto presso l?AUSL di Piacenza alla luce della Missione 6 del PNRR e del DM 77. L?obiettivo è quello di evidenziare quale sia il punto di partenza della sanità piacentina anche alla luce della recente pandemia ma soprattutto quali siano i contenuti di responsabilità e gli strumenti implementati sul territorio. In tal senso vengono analizzate anche le variabili critiche complesse che rappresentano una delle dimensioni di governo del territorio come per esempio la responsabilizzazione dei Medici di Medicina Generale, il loro coinvolgimento nelle nuove Case della Comunità (anche alla luce dell?esperienza delle preesistenti Case della Salute). In conclusione si intende approfondire la visione aziendale in vista del 2030 e quindi quale sia il ?sogno? per una sanità sempre più orientata verso un approccio ONE Health.
