Implicazioni e sfide dell?implementazione del DM 77/2022 nell?assistenza sanitaria territoriale: il caso dell?ASL di Alessandria

Abstract

L?assistenza sanitaria in Italia ha subito profondi cambiamenti negli ultimi anni, a seguito dell?introduzione del Decreto Ministeriale n. 77/2022, volto a ridefinire l?organizzazione dell?assistenza sanitaria territoriale e apotenziare la qualità dei servizi attraverso la digitalizzazione e l?integrazione delle cure. Il decreto affronta sfide cruciali legate all?invecchiamento della popolazione e all?aumento delle malattie croniche, promuovendo un modello di Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata (ADI) che mira a ridurre l?ospedalizzazione, garantendo continuità assistenziale e personalizzazione delle cure direttamente a domicilio.Questo studio si concentra sull?Azienda Sanitaria Locale di Alessandria (ASL AL) e sulla sua implementazione delle direttive del DM 77/2022, analizzando come la riforma stia trasformando l?offerta sanitaria territoriale.L?analisi di caso esamina le principali sfide operative, e riflette sul ruolo centrale delle ASL nel bilanciare l?innovazione con le esigenze concrete della popolazione, in un contesto di profonde riforme strutturali. I risultati evidenziano come il potenziamento dell?ADI abbia portato a un significativo miglioramento della copertura assistenziale, ma sottolineano anche le criticità legate alla gestione delle risorse e all?implementazione delle nuove strutture. Lo studio fornisce spunti per comprendere l?impatto della riforma e le implicazioni future per il sistema sanitario territoriale italiano.
