Organizzare la funzione politica di garanzia nelle aziende sanitarie pubbliche

Abstract

Le nuove e accresciute dimensioni delle aziende pubbliche del SSN lo collocano in un ruolo istituzionale diverso, pi? vicino all?esercizio di una funzione politica e di pianificazione di sistema. Questo impone l?esplicitazione di una funzione organizzativa dedicata al presidio della dimensione politica. Essa richiede di definire precise strutture organizzative, sistemi operativi e la selezione di professionisti capaci di esercitare questo ruolo. Il paper utilizza il caso dell?AUSL di Bologna per riflettere se e come esplicitare il presidio della dimensione politica in una azienda sanitaria pubblica.
