La mappatura del ruolo come nuovo approccio di lettura di due professionisti ospedalieri: l?infermiere e l?operatore socio-sanitario

Abstract

Lo studio ha avuto l?obiettivo di rilevare il ruolo dell?infermiere e dell?operatore socio-sanitario in due unita operative di un Ospedale del Nord Italia. Le analisi hanno messo in luce che i due ruoli presentano alte conflittualita soprattutto in una delle due unita operativa, dove le attese sui comportamenti su queste figure sono divergenti. E stata condotta una mappatura del ruolo che ha previsto la somministrazione di 18 interviste semi-strutturate a tutti i professionisti delle unita operative coinvolte. Sono state condotte, inoltre, 42 osservazioni. La mappatura delle competenze di ruolo puo portare a un ripensamento dei modi di agire nei contesti di cura per affrontare la complessita e per poter implementare politiche di sviluppo delle risorse umane in modo efficace.
