La creazione delle Aggregazioni Funzionali Territoriali (AFT) nella ASL 2 di Lucca: il risultato di una lunga esperienza di innovazione per il governo della Medicina Generale

Abstract

La costituzione delle Aggregazioni Funzionali Territoriali, gia previste dall?Accordo Collettivo Nazionale del 2009 e dal d.l. 158/2012 convertito con modificazioni in Legge 189/2012, e il principale obiettivo di processo del nuovo Accordo Integrativo della Regione Toscana per la Medicina Generale, siglato nel 2013. Concettualmente le AFT sono l?evoluzione piu recente delle forme di associazione finalizzate alla governance delle cure primarie. L?articolo riporta l?esperienza dell?Azienda Usl di Lucca, descrivendo le fasi del processo che ha portato a raggiungere l?obiettivo della formazione delle AFT, con la fattiva collaborazione dei medici di medicina generale.
