Abstract

Nel nostro ordinamento le limitazioni alla capacit? giuridica possono incidere su diritti costituzionalmente riconosciuti, come l?iniziativa economica privata, senza rispettarne i limiti. Uno degli istituti che rischia di pregiudicare seriamente l?operatore economico, pur essendo presentato come uno strumento di lotta alla criminalit? organizzata, ? l?interdittiva antimafia, considerata anche la disciplina pretoria che ne ha ampliato i confini.
