Abstract

L?obiettivo di questo saggio è quello di contribuire alla conoscenza dei principali aspetti economici del mercato dell?arte contemporanea, alla luce delle trasformazioni in corso. Più in dettaglio, la ricerca si è soffermata sull?analisi degli assetti organizzativi e in particolare sullo studio delle dinamiche evolutive che hanno caratterizzato il mercato dell?arte contemporanea negli ultimi quindici anni. Il saggio introduce e presenta i risultati dell?impegno di ricerca di un gruppo di docenti universitari e professionisti altamente qualificati, i quali facendo leva su un cospicuo patrimonio di conoscenze in tema di economia, diritto e fiscalità dell?arte, hanno fornito un contributo significativo a un'organica definizione dei connotati di una industria complessa e in continuo divenire.
