I sistemi alternativi di risoluzione delle controversie e la product governance nei servizi finanziari

Abstract

La vendita inappropriata di prodotti finanziari ? una delle principali preoccupazioni che minano la fiducia degli investitori, nonostante le numerose riforme adottate a livello domestico e internazionale rimane tutto un tema aperto. Sulla base di questo assunto, in questo lavoro, ci si concentra su ci? che i prestatori di servizi finanziari possono fare per salvaguardare la fiducia del cliente attraverso i processi di gestione dei reclami e la partecipazione ai sistemi di risoluzione alternativa delle controversie. L?ADR rappresenta anche uno strumento utile per incoraggiare la disciplina di mercato, in combinazione con l?adozione di politiche di governo del ciclo di vita del prodotto finanziario per evitare pregiudizio ai consumatori.
