Abstract

Il presente lavoro ? finalizzato a migliorare l?accountability e la trasparenza degli Enti non profit. Esso fornisce indicazioni che consentono un pi? efficace, trasparente e affidabile sviluppo delle azioni da eseguirsi da parte degli organi a vario titolo deputati al controllo negli Enp. Il lavoro contenuto nel presente documento ? rivolto principalmente alle seguenti categorie di destinatari: a. soggetti incaricati del controllo, i quali possono ottenere indicazioni e sostegno all?adozione delle diverse forme di controllo e indicazioni per l?introduzione di prassi operative standardizzate, coerenti e affidabili; b. i componenti degli organi di governo e di amministrazione degli Enp che dispongono di indirizzi e soluzioni operative per la definizione del sistema di controlli interni e esterni all?ente; c. i soggetti a diverso titolo coinvolti nell?attivit? dell?Enp in quanto portatori di interessi; d. gli enti pubblici, finanziatori e donatori che possono richiedere agli Enp di dotarsi di strumenti di controllo adeguati alla loro attivit? ed alle loro dimensioni.
